Larry Clark

Larry Clark joined the RMA in November 2007 as director of finance. He boasts more than 20 years of government accounting and finance experience through positions with the Virginia Department of Social Services, and Prince George and King George Counties.

Most recently, he held the position of treasury division director for Henrico County. There, he supervised a staff of 36 in the billing and collection of revenues totaling $600 million annually. 

He is a member of the Association of Government Accountants, past president and committee chairman of the Virginia Government Finance Officers Association, and an instructor at the Weldon Cooper Center for Public Service at the University of Virginia.

Clark has a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Virginia Commonwealth University, and holds a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation.
