Before filling out the form, please read the following information to see whether your concern involves a facility we maintain: The RMA expressway system consists of the Boulevard Bridge, the Downtown Expressway from Meadow Street east to Interstate 95, and the Powhite Parkway west to Chippenham Parkway.

The "Beltline Expressway" (with the railroad tracks in the middle of the highway) and the Powhite Parkway Extension (west of Chippenham Parkway, with toll plazas at Midlothian Turnpike, Courthouse Road and west of Courthouse Road) are VDOT highways. If your concern involves any of these, please contact VDOT at 800-367-7623 (800-FOR-ROAD) or via e-mail at richmondinfo@virginiadot.org.

The Pocahontas Parkway (Route 895) is owned by Transurban. The contact number is 804-822-3420. If you are concerned about a toll violation on this road, please call 804-822-3458.
