For violations or Unpaid Toll Receipts at gated plazas below:

- Downtown Expressway Mainline
- Boulevard "Nickel" Bridge
- Canal (11th) Street Ramps
- Second (Belivdere) Street Ramps
- Douglasdale Ramps
Payments may be made by phone, by mail, or in person.
To make a payment by phone, call: (804) 523-3300. A $1.00 processing fee will apply.

- Downtown Expressway Express (ORT) lanes
- Once this violation occurs, the RMTA cannot accept toll violation payment from the motorist.
